Each class can specialise into one of two different paths; the Wizard can focus on summoning fire as a Fire Wizard, or mastering the icy elements as an Ice Wizard, the Warrior can focus on being the classic tank as a Defender to shield their allies in battle or help taking down enemies with improved attacks as a Swift Warrior.

Each class tho has some good variations. For example, Wizards. If you go fire you can do high burst damage. If you go ice you can do a lot of aoe and crowd control damage. If you go shadow priest, you can actually deal large amounts of damage, and maybe choose to keep a healing spell on your mace. If you choose a certain spec you can still use spells from the other specs if you find them on weapons. For example on my fire wizard I used to keep a spell that would freeze an enemy in ice for 10 seconds.
